Company Policy

Objectives

To design, redesign, and market AInspect clients' websites. The web development team at AInspect.com will aim to create the site based upon the specific needs and/or specifications provided by the Client when they sign up for the program. The website will be given general content for the pages that do not require customized content; all other pages such as "Company", "Fees", "Services", etc. will require personalized content to be provided by the Client. AInspect.com will host the Client's site on AInspect.com web servers. It is understood by the Client that there are limited resources available for their package such as limited disk space and email accounts; and that not all goals may be feasible within their package price. However, additional resources and services may be arranged for an extra fee.

Policy & Guidelines

Development Process

Phase 1 - Client's initial signup is via telephone, fax, or website with AInspect's Sales Team and will include a discussion of goals and features, and a determination of website structure. Items to be discussed and established are:

  • What is the Client's preferred color scheme?
  • Are there logos, photographs, and images to be included?
  • Does the Client wish to utilize AInspect's online forms (Contact Us, Schedule an Inspection)?
  • Establish names for Navigation menu and Main links.

Phase 2 - AInspect.com will develop a website design based on the Client's answers and requests in Phase 1, and will then email the Client a link to view the website in "Preview" stage within five to seven business days.

  • Client will review the design and will provide content for the pages that require personalized information. AInspect.com is open for comments and/or requests.
  • Client should note that AInspect.com is not responsible for any typographical or grammatical errors that are submitted to us. Client also understands that all text material should be proofread prior to being sent to AInspect.com.
  • Client is entitled to unlimited updates for the first 30 days or until the website goes live, whichever comes first.
  • After 30 days, recurring service charge will begin whether or not the client has requested to go live.

Phase 3 - If for any reason the Client wishes to change their layout after the site has been fully designed by AInspect.com, the full setup fee will apply.

Phase 4 - Your Website will go live, and will be published to the Internet.

Note: After Client's website is made live, they are entitled to one (1) hour of updates per month. Any unused time will not be carried over to the following month. The updates will include graphic design, text edits, and HTML design. Custom programming, database design and flash design are not included in these free monthly updates.

If your updates exceed the one-hour monthly time limit, AInspect.com will contact you to determine if you would like to continue with the updates for the following fees:

  • Graphic design and content changes: $75.00 per hour
  • Programming & Database design: $140.00 per hour
  • Flash Design: $85.00 per hour
  • Copywriter Services: $65.00 per hour
Domain Name

If Client wishes to register a custom domain name ("Domain Name") for the Client's website, Ainspect will cooperate with Client in registering the Domain Name with the appropriate entity. As between Client and Ainspect, Client shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Domain Name. For domains that were not registered by Ainspect, Client shall be solely responsible for tracking and ensuring that all required renewals for Client Domain Names are made in a timely manner.

Maintenance

It is important for the Client to maintain their website in order to keep it current and allow for useful and updated information for all visitors. AInspect.com encourages you to revise all content for any typographical or grammatical errors that are submitted to us. We are not responsible for any errors in content provided by the Client, and updating the same content again due to these types of errors will count towards your "one hour monthly update quota". The Client is responsible for the nature of the content that goes into the site and should take full responsibility for its content. Fees

AInspect.com's current fees for design (or redesign) and implementation are:

  • Graphic design and content changes: $75.00 per hour
  • Programming & Database design: $140.00 per hour
  • Flash Design: $85.00 per hour
  • Copywriter Services: $65.00 per hour

AInspect.com cannot make estimates as to the timeframe needed for completion, as all websites are unique in size, content, and complexity. AInspect.com accepts all updates on a first come/first serve basis. They should be sent in electronic format to Contact@ActiveWebGroup.com and they can take up to five business days to complete. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Payment Policy

Client is required to pay the fees and other charges for the Services as stated on your agreement. All setup fees are due immediately and are non-refundable.

The Client's credit card or checking account will be billed in advance for the recurring service charge, monthly or annually, depending on the payment plan selected. A $25 fee will apply to all returned checks, whether payment was made electronically or via mail. AInspect reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if payment has not been made after 14 days of delinquency, and consequently the Client's website and email accounts will be inactivated. If Client's website is temporarily shut down due to non-payment, there will be a $50 reactivation fee due in addition to the overdue balance.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel service, Client must submit a notice for cancellation of service in writing to: Ainspect, 30 Oser Avenue, Suite 500, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Once the cancellation notice is received by Ainspect, the Client's website and all services will be terminated immediately, as will Client's recurring billing. Client is not entitled to a pro rata refund of the fees paid. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Reactivation

In the event of cancellation, we will keep your website on file for 60 days. If you wish to re-establish your services again, a one-time $100 reactivation fee will apply. After 60 days, the full setup fee will apply.
